The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the bill on page two, section eight-d, line twenty-two, by striking the word “over” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “more than”;

On page two, section eight-d, line thirty-one, by changing the colon to a semicolon; and

On page two, section eight-d, line thirty-five, after the words “Raleigh County” by striking out the word “into”.
